Reservation Policy

You can book a table of up to 4 people online

Tables of 2 will be allocated for 90 minutes

Tables of 4 and above will be allocated for 120 minutes

CARD DETAILS REQUIRED

We will require card details at the point of booking

Your card will not be charged, we will hold your details on file and if you should not turn up for your table a £10 per person “No Show” fee will be charged

YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO AUTHORISE THE PAYMENT THROUGH YOUR ONLINE BANKING APP SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DO THIS OR THE BOOKING WILL NOT BE MADE

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any tables cancelled less than 24 hours in advance WILL BE CHARGED £10 per person to the card details provided, to avoid this charge you can move your table to a different date

BIG TABLES

If you would like to book a table for 5 or more please call us on 0191 2092359 or email us on bookboq@gmail.com

Large tables can be booked at 6pm or 6.30pm, 8pm or 8.30pm and are allocated for 2 hours

Tables of 7 or more will also require a food preorder

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any large tables cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a £10 person “NO SHOW” fee for the full table, you can avoid this charge by moving your table to another date

If the numbers in your large booking reduce we will again require 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the £10 per person “NO SHOW” fee for the person/persons that do not show up
